Delivery Terms and Conditions

We will deliver to you between 8:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday (bank holidays excluded). Orders placed before 5pm will be delivered next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be delivered on Tuesday.

Please ensure you sign for the delivery and double-check the number of parcels. If there's any issue with the delivery, be sure to note it on the paperwork during the transaction. We recommend arranging for someone to be present when your package arrives. If our couriers can't find anyone to accept the delivery, there will be an additional £4.95 (ex Vat) fee for each retry. Depending on the courier, deliveries will be reattempted 2-3 times. If the delivery is failed, you will receive a refund once the goods are back in the warehouse. The total refund will have the delivery charge deducted.

We ship to any mainland UK address but are unable to deliver to PO boxes, the Channel Islands or BT postcodes (northern Ireland). We do deliver to Scottish Islands, isles of Scilly and the isle of man however we cannot guarantee next day delivery to these addresses. You can use our handy address finder at the checkout to ensure your address is entered correctly. All orders will be packed with care and delivered using reputable couriers - UPS, Truline.

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free for orders over £50.00 (ex VAT).

A charge of £4.95 will be made on orders under £50.00 (ex VAT).

 

Furniture Items

Furniture deliveries take 2-3 working days. Our standard office furniture delivery service is kerbside/warehouse only. The majority of furniture pieces require self-assembly and are delivered flat packed. We do not offer an installation service for these items. All furniture orders require a name and contact number for the delivery which can be provided at the checkout. Please note we reserve the right to charge a 35% restocking fee for failed furniture deliveries.

 

Returns & Incorrect Items

To ensure a smooth resolution process, any damages, picking errors, faulty items or shortages on an order must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. Claims made after this period are not eligible for a replacement, exchange, or credit. Additionally, please inform us of any excess or incorrectly supplied items, which will be promptly collected at no cost to you.

 

If you are not happy with your item’s and would like to return or exchange your goods please notify us withing 10 days of receipt. Returned items must be in a resalable condition and in their original, unmarked packaging. We will arrange for collection of the goods to be collected direct from your address. Collections will be attempted up to three times after which we can’t issue any credit. Where an incorrect item has been ordered by the customer a restocking fee of 30% will be added to larger items and a returns fee of £5.95 will be applied. If the item is defective there will be no charge. 

We’re not able to accept returns for:

  • Food and Drink 
  • Dated products (diaries, calendars, wall planners)
  • 'Special order' products 
  • Opened electronic items and toners
  • Any items marked with the non-return text/Icon (shown below)
