Terms & Conditions

  1. Incorporation of Terms These terms and conditions are fundamental to all sales agreements entered into with Buy Supplies Online, registered as Procurement Works Nationwide Ltd (referred to hereinafter as "Buy Supplies"). They constitute the sole foundation for the supply of goods, except when expressly amended in writing, signed by both the Customer and a Director of Buy Supplies. In cases where conflicts arise with the Customer's standard terms and conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
  2. Delivery Buy Supplies endeavors to deliver goods as promptly as possible, aiming for next-day delivery. However, the timing of delivery is subject to stock availability, external variables, and related factors, and is not deemed as an essential condition.
  3. Delivery Charges The Customer assumes responsibility for reasonable delivery and insurance charges for goods in transit to the Customer.
  4. Claims Claims for goods damaged, missing, or partially lost during transit must be communicated in writing to Buy Supplies within 2 days of receiving the goods. Claims regarding non-delivery should be reported within 3 days of the dispatch notification.
  5. Defective Goods Claims for defective goods should be submitted in writing and accompanied by the return of the faulty items, with the cost incurred by the Customer. Buy Supplies, at its discretion, may bear the cost of replacing defective goods.
  6. Liability Buy Supplies bears no responsibility for incidental or consequential losses, expenses, or damages arising directly or indirectly from the supplied goods or from failing to meet order specifications.
  7. Force Majeure Buy Supplies is not obligated to fulfil orders due to circumstances beyond its control, including strikes, lockouts, acts of God, war, terrorism, fire, flood, force majeure, or other unforeseeable events.
  8. Subcontracting Buy Supplies retains the right to subcontract any portion of an order.
  9. Customer Insolvency Buy Supplies is not obliged to fulfil orders for Customers who are insolvent, subject to winding-up orders, or have appointed a Receiver, Manager, or Liquidator.
  10. Risk and Ownership The risk associated with goods passes to the Customer upon delivery. However, ownership of the goods remains with Buy Supplies until full payment is received.
  11. Order Acceptance All orders are regarded as offers by the Customer, subject to acceptance or rejection at Buy Supplies' discretion. Availability of goods is not guaranteed, and minimum order quantities may be imposed.
  12. Payment Payment of the total invoice value must be made within 28 days from the invoice date. Punctual payment is crucial.
  13. Accuracy of Information While Buy Supplies strives for accuracy in its publications, price lists, and website, they do not form an integral part of any sales contract. Color illustrations should be considered as approximations.
  14. Errors and Omissions Buy Supplies retains the right to rectify typographical, clerical, or other errors or omissions in sales literature, quotations, price lists, the website, or any other documentation.
  15. Prices All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT and carriage. Prices are accurate at the time of publication.
  16. Amendments Buy Supplies reserves the right to modify, amend, or withdraw these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  17. Returns Buy Supplies will provide Customers with a credit for products returned within 10 days of delivery, provided the Customer possesses an authorised returns number, and the items remain unopened in their original packaging and condition. In some cases, returns within 28 days may be accepted with a restocking fee. Please contact customer services for more information.
  18. Late Payment In the event of late payment, Buy Supplies has the right to charge interest at a rate of 3% per month on the outstanding amount and an administration fee of £30.00.
  19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction The contract is governed by English law, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  20. Third-Party Rights This agreement does not grant enforceable rights to third parties, and the Contracts (Rights on Third Parties) 1999 do not apply.
