Returns Terms and Conditions 

Damages, Picking Errors or shortages

To ensure a smooth resolution process, any damages, picking errors or shortages on an order must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. Claims made after this period are not eligible for a replacement, exchange, or credit. Additionally, please inform us of any excess or incorrectly supplied items, which will be promptly collected at no cost to you.

In some cases, returns within 28 days may be accepted with a restocking fee. Please contact customer services for more information.

Faulty items 

If your item is faulty, please notify us within 5 days of delivery using the details on our contact us page. We will then review and offer a full refund or replacement.

Items no longer required 

If you are not happy with your item’s/ have ordered the incorrect item and would like to return or exchange your goods, please notify us withing 10 days of receipt. All returned items must be in a resalable condition and in their original, unmarked packaging with the returns number clearly marked on the parcel. We will arrange for collection of the goods to be collected direct from your address. Collections will be attempted up to three times after which we can’t issue any credit. Where an incorrect item has been ordered by the customer a restocking fee of 30% will be added to larger items and a returns fee of £5.95 will be applied. If the item is defective there will be no charge.

Further to this furniture items which are no longer required will incur a 35% fee which will be deducted once the return has been processed.

Non returnable items

Non-returnable items are marked with the below icon. Please also see below for items which we cannot accept returns for.

 

We’re not able to accept returns for:

  • Food and drink – this is due to health and safety reasons.
  • Dated products (diaries, calendars, wall planners)
  • 'Special order' products
  • Opened electronic items and toners – once opened these cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Headphones and headsets- we cannot accept returns for these items due to hygiene reasons

Please note that all returns must be agreed with us first and that we are unable to accept returns sent directly to us, as our warehouse is located in a separate location to our offices.
